  This documentary from 2008 is every bit as relevant today as it was then. We follow the food choices of 4 average high school/ college age people and what drives them to eat the way they do. You can find it at http://alljackedupmovie.com/nt/ They have a free download right now. I intend to make sure my local library adds this documentary to their offerings. I think every middle school, high school, or college age student should watch this film. Great interviews with experts.

  Even though this was made in 2006, it was updated in 2011 and is still very much worth watching. It is great to see some of my favorite food freedom fighters as they were before most people had a clue what was going on. I'm so glad they have hung in there through the years.
